In Outlook 2003, I have a few dozen appointments that I want to copy
and paste from one week to the next. The pain in the a$$ way is to
ctrl-left click all of them from one week, then drag/copy them to the
next. Is there an easier way to do this?

That's basically the easiest way - let's just check if you have the fastest
method:

use the Date Navigator to show this week and next (wipe the date range on
it)

select all the appointments to move

Right mouse drag to the week and let go, select copy.

Hmmm, that's too bad. No one knows a way to select multiple
appointments other than ctrl-click on each one?

Kind of a hassle if you're trying to select a lot. If you misclick
once, you've lost the whole selection.

Try settting them up in the first place using a tool designed for this
function - WS Repeat Appointment.  It works very well and is the only non-MS
tool that I know of that does.
