Outlook 2003 Exchange 2003
I have a customer whose meeting notices no longer show up in her calendar as
tentative when she receives them. She has to accept or tentatively accept the
meeting in order for it to show up in her calendar.
I thought this was just supposed to work. I can't find any option anywhere
to turn this on/off.
As suggested in other posts I have removed the delegate she had.
I have also changed her free/busy published time to 5 mintutes.
Had her close and re-open Outlook numerous times as well as reboot.
Nothing has helped.

Anyone have any ideas what to try next?

It's supposed to work as long as (1) the user is online and (2) has the option in Tools | Options set to automatically process incoming requests.

Thanks so much Sue!
I double checked what you suggested and all is as it should be.
In talking with the customer again it seems that the two test meetings I
sent her this morning did finally show up as tentative on her calendar. So
maybe it is just a lag in updating of free/busy information after all.

Thanks again for your help.
