how to add a resource for meetings

using outlook 2003

i have a calendar for our conference room

when i schedule a meeting from mine or others calenders I want that
conference room calendar to appear in the "location" drop down box but I
can't figure out how to get it there.

Please advise. Thanks

Users need to invite the room as a Resource attendee. Once they do that, Outlook will automatically set the location.
