Is there a way to have a spreadsheet link up to my Outlook calendar?
Currently we have to create a spreadsheet with the days of the month
and then list who ever is involved with the project underneath the
date, and then we have to open Outlook and do the same thing all over
again in Outlook's calendar.  Is there any way to have the spreadsheet
link up to excel so when I change the spreadsheet it changes Outlook? I
have MS Outlook 2003

You'd have to write Outlook automaton code behind your spreadsheet to create and maintain the appointment items.
