We are running MS Outlook 2000 without Exchange. We have two conference rooms
that are consistently in use and would like to find a way to use Outlook to
see if we can view the blocks of time each conference room has already been
booked for. We have no good way to "schedule" each room to avoid conflicting
meetings.

Does anybody have any ideas on if this is possible? I'd appreciate any
input. Thanks.

See http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/scheduleall.htm for tools that can help with this.
