How can I change the body of an appointment

I would like to insert a template into the body of an appointment.  There is
a large open body that I would like to insert a standard template I design.  
This template would be visible when you open up any appointment.  Any advice?

Type the text you want to see into the appointment body, then save it as an .oft file or publish the form.
