how can I share outlook calendars on a small LAN w/o MS Exchange?

I have a small office LAN, 4 PCs running Oultook 2000SP-3 Windows XP. I do
not have an exchange server. Can I share calendars between users?
sp[ecifically, I need my secretary to be able to get to my calendar.
