Outlook 2002 - I have a user whose new calendar appointments are all marked
"Private" by default.  She does not know how this setting got turned on, and
I cannot find how to turn it off (I searched KB and posted questions -- the
closest I came was creating a new custom form with "Private" already checked,
and trust me, she didn't do that... ;)  I already looked all through the
Options dialog, and couldn't find such a default setting.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Was this user upgrade from Outlook 2000?  Was this user using the Small
Business Contact Manager before?

Yes, this would have been an upgrade from Outlook 2000.  No, she was not
using the Small Business Contact Manager.
