In Exchange calendar show name of person who scheduled meeting

It would be nice to have access to the person who adds things to a public or
shared calendar in exchange so you can go directly to that person and ask
questions regarding a meeting.

Display the calendar in a table view - using field chooser, add the Changed
By field from the All Mail Fields.
