I am looking to combine multiple employee calendars into one calendar that I
can view side-by-side with my own.  I was using OfficeCalendar, but we have
recently switched to a server.  I want to create the same environment from
OfficeCalendar with the server.

You didn't say what version of Outlook you're using or if Exchange is your mail server. These are important factors.

On the Calendar navigation pane, you should be able to open other users' calendars and check their check boxes so that they appear side-by-side. For other solutions, see http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/scheduleall.htm Note that Outlook 2007, the next version, will allow you to overlay multiple calendars on top of each other, not just display them side-by-side.
