On the Calendar navigation pane, you should be able to open other users' calendars and check their check boxes so that they appear side-by-side. For other solutions, see http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/scheduleall.htm Note that Outlook 2007, the next version, will allow you to overlay multiple calendars on top of each other, not just display them side-by-side.
