Public Folder Issue

Greetings:

   We see a recurring appointment in one of the public folder calendars.  
It could not be removed and we do not know who made the entry.  Should an
administrator be able to remove it?  Advice sought.

An Owner of the Public Folder should be able to remove it.

Oh and you should be able to see who created the item by using the Field
Chooser and dragging the Organizer field to a column heading. Note you may
have to change the View to a table type i.e. By Category.
