I set my calendar Start Time and Stop Time.  When I open the calendar, the
Start Time is at the top of the window.  I would like the top of the window
to be 2 hours before start time.  Can this be done? If so, how?

You could always set your start time to be two hours earlier and then just
remember that's what you've done.
