EXPLAIN WHY WHEN SCHEDULING A MEETNG, ON SOME PEOPLES CALENDARS YOU CAN SEE
THEIR BUSINESS AND ON OTHERS YOU CANNOT.  I believe my customer is referring
to the scheduling tab and when hovering over the busy times, you may or may
not see what that person is up to. Is there a setting somewhere? We are using
Outlook 03 with AD.

Tools->options->calendar options->planner options->show meeting details in
grid.

Thanks Milly, so just to be clear, it is an end user preference? If that is
correct, no need to respond. Thanks again and I hope you have a great rest of
the week and weekend.

Yes, the user can elect to show details or not.  It is off by default in
Outlook 2003, not sure about earlier versions.
