How do I rename my calendars under My Calendar list?

I have the new MicroSoft Office 2003 Outlook and have worked in Outlook for
many years. I do not like this set up. It is cumbersome

I have multiple calendars to view and find that the side by side view is not
acceptable and when I click on all the calendars under My Calendar, they are
name differently on the left "navigator" screen, but when I open all of them
at once (side-by-side view) they are all just named "calendar" and I cannot
differentiate them.

How do I change "rename" them if it will not allow me to do this? Where do I
go in the system to do this. The "rename" is not highlighted in this area of
My Calendar.

I found where to open the other calendars on the navigation screen but how do
I save them to that location?
