I would like to know if this is possible. Im trying to have a daily printout
of tasks by catagory and daily calander on one page.

Try the 1 day view of the Calendar - you can customise the TaskPad much more
than you can the Outlook Today page.

Right click the column header of the TaskPad and set the columns and
grouping.

If you said what version, I would be more specific with my directions.

Judy,

Thanks for the comments. I have outlook 2003 professional.

What you described is what I normally do. I print out 1 sheet from the task
folder and 1 from the colander. I recently noticed I could print out the
"outlook today" which has both the calendar I need and tasks. It would be
ideal if I could sort the tasks in that view by category, so I only have to
print out one page in the morning. If there is a way to not have the
completed tasks displayed in that view that would be a bit more useful to me.

I repeat and add to my earlier response.  The Taskpad can be printed on he
same page as the Calendar.  So you don't need to print 2 pages. Before doing
so, you can set a myriad of settings on the TaskPad.  Have a go.
