MS Office Forum / Outlook / Calendaring / February 2006Outlook should let me make recurring appts private.
To make a recurring appointment private I have to create it as a single appointment, make it private, then make it recurring. If I make it recurring first, when I right click the appointment the private option is not selectable like it is when you make a single appointment. What version of Outlook are you using?
