I'd like to change the colour of particular meeting rooms (one company, two
sites, in transition between the two) to show that the person is in a meeting
NOT at the main site, but at the new one, so back to back bookings aren't
made & travel time can be compensated for.  Now, it only shows as BLUE to
other users for all "busy" spots, no matter where they're busy.

Set meetings that require travel as Out Of Office rather than busy.  Explain
that protocol to people making the meetings so they don't book back to back.
They'll show as purple.
