how do i change the server address on sign in outlook

My Outlook 2003 was set to a school address, now that I am home I cannot get
into Outlook. How can I get into outlook to change the address? Or can I do
that in the entrance box?

Is it trying to get into an Exchange Server on the school's network? If so,
you can remove references to it here: Control Panel > Mail applet > Email
accounts
