I enter the correct time for an event, only to open
Outlook later on my computer or PDA to find the appt. are
now set several hours ahead, in the middle of the night.
Any ideas why this is happening and how to prevent it?

Check the time zone settings on both computer and PDA.  Also make sure the
clock is correct on both.
