This sounds like what I need to do but I don't know how to copy all the items
back to my default calendar. Actually, I'm not sure I can fin the PST file
where everything has been archived. If you could give step-by-step
instructions, I'd really appreciate it. I need to hotsync back to my
handheld. Thanks.

Why did you make this a new topic as opposed to replying to the existing
topic?
To find your archive folder, ask Outlook. File>Archive should show you to
the default file Outlook uses when it archives. If that doesn't work,
enable viewing hidden files and folders and search yuour hard drive for any
PSTs.

Sorry. I thought I was in the existing topic. Assuming I can find the
archive, what steps are necessary to then actually copy the items to the
original calendar. Thanks.

Open the old calendar, right-click the item you want to restore, and drag it
to your default calendar. Release the mouse button and choose Copy or Move
as you wish.
