Selecting Thumbnail calendars for Outlook 2003

Has Microsoft fixed Outlook to allow the user to select the thumbnail
calendars that are printed at the top right of the monthly calendar printout?
If not, how can the default be set to display both the preceeding and
following months?  For example, if the main month printout is for March the
thumbnails should show February and April.  What it does now is repeat March
and shows either Feburary or April depending on the date range to be printed.

Still the same behavior from Outlook itself. There are other ways to print
calendars which show different thumbnails & such:
