I export appts. from another program.   It just exports without letting me
make any changes.  The appt location and type of appt plus notes are in body
of appt and do not print out on monthly calendar format.   They only print
out on calendar details.  How do I get these to print out on monthly format
or weekly format?  How can I make calendar bigger so that I can see all 30
appts in one day?

Outlook doesn't have a print layout that does what you want. You might want to try the Word templates at http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.htm#print
