How to import events into Oulook 2003

I am looking for a way to get events into Outlook 2003 from a excel
spreadsheet. We schedule short term classes in a building that has 5
classrooms. right now we just enter them from a printed schedule, but I
would like a way to transfer it from a excel spreadsheet into Outlook 2003
