overwrite reminder for accepted meeting invitations

Hi,

How do I force outlook 2003 to set a 15min reminder for meeting that were
scheduled by others than myself?

Right now looks like I have to set this mnually for each and every meeting I
accept.

As far as I know that is correct the organizer of the meeting sets the
meeting reminder. The reminder option to set for set time is for
appointments that you schedule directly in your calendar.
