How far out can mtgs be scheduled for other people?

I have a user that has access to other calendars and she needs to set up a
mtg request for May but the users show slashed marks "//" through all the
days and she is not able to set the meeting?

Each user will need to set up their free/busy publication to 12 months to
give the maximum information on free/busy times. The default is 2 months.
