Outlook-option to request permission to view someone's calendar.

On the calendar view I can open Shared Calendars or I can Share My Calendar.
I have often desired one more option: Request to share a calendar. This
request would then automatically add their calendar to my shared calendars
list when that individual clicks approved for my request.

That's one of the features planned for Outlook 2007.
