I need to list the specific dates for a recurrent appointment. What I would
like to do is use the search option to isolate the name of the appointment,
but it only lists as a single appointment with the recurrence instructions
"recurs every two weeks" in the recurrence column. Is there a way to expand
this list to show the dates without manually entering each one?
I am using Outlook 2003.
only by exporting to excel or CSV format. you could then import the list
back into outlook as single appointments if you wanted.

Thanks Diane. It moves more than i need, but then it is easy to pare it down.
Certainly a lot easier than typing by hand!
