How do I make every appointment marked as private as a default?
Nikki - 06 Apr 2006 06:37 GMT
You can make this change globally by using the following:
   Open the TOOLS menu
   Open the OPTIONS menu
   Click the E-MAIL OPTIONS... button
Click the ADVANCED E-MAIL OPTIONS button
In the "When sending a message" area there is a "Set sensitivity:" window.
Set the "Set senditivity: window from "Normal" to "Private".

NOTE OF CAUTION: This not only makes all of your appointments private, but
all of you email private as well. Please use this with caution and be sure
to keep an eye on everything to get a feel for what you have really set up.

set the private flag and publish it then use the published form as the
default new appointment form.

Correct me if I am wrong, by publishing the form with the private flag,
everyone in the organization could use that? I am trying to set it up for
only one user who wants all his appointment to be private.
