How do I synchronize outlook calendars on separate machines?

I use the outlook calendar at work, and wish to update the one at the house
with its information.  There should be some way to easily update the two and
keep them synchronized.  Work is 2003 and home is 2000.

There are some methods and tools available which are listed on the Slipstick
website (see link below) but I would not say it would or should be
necessarily easy as you are synching two different computers in two
environments one most likely on a network using an Exchange Server and the
other  a home setup and using different version of Outlook.  But check out
