We have a need to not schedule meetings, when key people are working remote.
There are discussions that can not be had over the phone. This requires us
to have a face to face only meeting scheduler in addition to a regular
meeting scheduler, which would then allow for phone call ins.
Is there someone that provides an add-in like this?
No addin that I know of. Why don't the people working remotely create an
appointment when working remotely so others know when they are out of the
office?

The issue is that these people are working and available for phone based
meetings, but not available for face to face meetings.
To be more specific, we do classified work, so some meetings cannot be had
over the phone. We want to allow for meeting classifications, as well as a
status of working but remote, so that when the meeting classification
requires face to face, remote workers will appear unavailable. Alternately,
if the meeting can be via phone, then they are available.
