I'm being asked by users how they can schedule a repeating meeting,
customized to fit available calendars. For example, a weekly meeting which
may be held on different days - Monday on week 1, Tuesday on week 2 as
everyone is out of the ofifce on Monday.

They are looking for the functionality in Lotus Notes that allows them to
define the dates and times of the next ten meetings before sending.

All help appreciated

You need a third-party tool like
