2006 holidays won't show up

I have Outlook 2002, downloaded updates, patches and all, when I download and
run the update to add the 2006 dates it tells me could not find file it
needed, but when I open the text file with the holidays it has 06 and 07
holidays. I got to tools, load holidays and it loads them for 05 and before
but no 06....the more I do it the more times it repeats them in 05....what
can I do
