Use a filtered view of your calendar and then print. View->Arrange
By->Current View->Customize Current View->Filter. Set your options there.

Thanks but I have followed the steps you provided and can display only
birthdays but I don't see a way to filter out birthdays. Can you tell me how
to do that after I reach the filter window?
