Hi,

To delete calendar items before a certain date, first change the calendar view to a tabular format.  This should make deleting items before a certain date easy.

Follow these steps to view your calendar items by category, then delete the items.

- Open Outlook
- Click to select the Calendar
- On the toolbar, click View > Arrange By > Current View > By Category
- Sort by date if needed
- Click to select the first item you want to delete
- Hold down the Shift key and select the last item to delete
- Right-click the mouse and choose delete
