When I am sent a meeting request, it automatically shows up on my calendar,
even if I don't respond to it.  How do I keep this from happening?

It should show up as "Tentative", unless you've enabled the option to accept
it automatically.

Can I keep it from showing as tentative?  I don't want it on the calendar
until I decide to put it there.
