it appears that old appointments (other than recurring entries) drop off
after about 7 mos.  is there any way to keep old appointments on the calendar
indefinitely?  once in a while i need to look back to see what week i left
town last summer or some such thing, and the entries are gone.  thanks!

Right click the Calendar folder, select properties then the Auto-archive
tab.  Set your archive interval to what you want or none.  I have mine set
to none.

this folder"?

thank you!  in the past when it's asked me if i want to autoarchive, i've
said no, and i guess as an option it just deleted the older ones and they are
lost forever!  but hopefully i can save them from now on.
