Hello All,
We are using Exchange 2003. Using outlook and following this method
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;291616
works fine for outlook and I get notification if a duplicate booking is
made, but the same does not work using OWA, the issue is also listed with
MS.
I have tried using the suggestion solution , but does not seem to be working
for me, any other solutions please. Clients are using MAC's and OWA is the
only way for them to book resources.

Thanks a lot,
Imran.

Try posting to an Exchange group as Outlook Web Access is a part of
Exchange, not Outlook, despite its name. Microsoft.public.exchange.admin is
probably a good place to start.
