Calendar Apointment issue

 I have meetings that happen the same day and time every month. I wanted to
know if there is a way to do a one time entry for each appointment instead of
each month and week by week.

Sure.  Set the recurrence to be "monthly" and specify the day of the month.

Create the appointment and use the recurrence option.
