Way to combine user calendars into a common calendar automaticall

Is there a way to have Microsoft Outlook take individual user calendars and
create an community calendar automatically.

What version?  Outlook 2007 will have this feature but current versions only
have the Group Schedule option (2002 and 2003).  Perhaps an add-in will do
the trick for you?
