In our organisation we have secretary's who manage their calendar from their
managers. But in the most cases when they switch from their own calendar to
the managed calendar that will take several seconds(very slow respons)
Anyone a guess why?

Aloha John,

What version of Outlook are you using? What version of Exchange server?
Is Outlook slow in general or only on this particular operation?

Hi Ben, We are working with Outlook 2003 and Exchange2003. Its not always
slow but sometimes when to try to look into another mailbox or calendar we
get a pop-up with "Trying to get the information from the exchange server"
