I am looking for advice.  I work for a christian school and I am in charge of
the entire school calendar.  I am the one people call when they need a room
or want to put an event on the calendar.  We spent money last year on some
software that I am not happy with.  Most of the staff cannot see it because
we can't afford to license every computer on the campus, so they still call
me. So, instead of renewing that software, I am considering using Outlook,
which would be free to us since we already have it.  Is anyone willing to
hold my hand through this project?

I have started some research and have learned that each room I set up I will
need to make a mailbox for.  So, here is my first question.  Do I really need
a mailbox for each room or can I make sub-calendars?  For example - We have
an elemantary building with many rooms in it.  So, can I make a mailbox for
the elementary buiding with sub calendars for each room?

Thanks for any help anyone is wiling to give us, this has the potential of
saving our schools tons of money.
