How do I setup quarterly tasks in Outlook using task or calendar?

I only see where daily, weekly, monthly and yearly are available. How do you
utilize quarterly features for tasks either in Task or Calendar functions of
Outlook? Thanks.

Set up a task or appointment to with a monthly recurrence taking place every 3 months.
