Is it possible to set up a group calendar requesting only Out-of-Office meetings for all to appear in the group calendar? Thanks. We would like to use outlook (if possible) as an In/Out Calendar for our department. I tried the group function and found that it simply amalgamated all calendars/all appointments, but I only want to import those appointments that take people out of the office (the burgundy ones) as we want a central tracking of Ins/Outs. Does that clarify my question? Also, we are using Outlook 2003. And if this is not possible in Outlook, are there any other MS apps that might accomodate this?Thanks again. The group schedule feature performs no importing and has no ability to filter appointments based on any criteria, including free/busy state.
