As far as I'm aware . . . .
Looking a bit further it may be an Exchange issue.
Using Outlook alone meeting emails start:
BEGIN:VCALENDAR
PRODID:-//Microsoft Corporation//Outlook 10.0 MIMEDIR//EN
VERSION:2.0
Whereas Exchange meeting emails start:
When: 04 May 2006 15:30-16:30 (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time : Dublin,
Edinburgh, Lisbon, London.
Where: Room 1
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
+44 12 3456 12343

BEGIN:VCALENDAR
METHOD:REQUEST
PRODID:Microsoft CDO for Microsoft Exchange
VERSION:2.0
With the Exchange generated message the part preceding BEGIN: gets
displayed as the email body, which is what has the wrong time.

That's OK, thanks for the reply, AFAICS it looks to be a bug in
Exchange.
