Hi,
We have a shared School calendar which we populate with all our events (u15
Rugby match, French A-level exam, End of Term, etc.), viewed using Outlook
Web Access on our Intranet.  We also produce a printed Homework diary that
holds the same calendar  information.
Has anyone ideas that can save me re-typing all the information twice,
either by writing a script that will populate a calendar from a list of
events; or by exporting to (?Word ?Excel ?Notepad?) a list of events that
have been typed into the Calendar?

You can export your calendar information into many formats (Menu:
File/Import and Export).
