there is no scroll bar in any outlook appointment, so when the text is long i
have to use the arrow keys to scroll down rather than the convenient way of
grabbing a scroll bar.
how do i get the scroll bar there?
thanks.

The scroll bar appears in all versions of Outlook that I use (2002 through
2007) - have you tried detect and repair?
