I want to export a caledar in Outlook 2003 from one computer, to a second
computer also using Outlook 2003 so that they can have the same data.

If it's a one time deal, you can use File>Import?Export to send it to a pst
file that can be imported into the second mailbox (computer).

Don't export, just copy the .pst file from one computer (ensure Outlook is
completely closed) and paste into the directory of your choice on the 2nd
computer but do NOT overwrite the .pst file.  My Documents works well for
this as it is the one file that usually gets backed up.

Open Outlook and use File->Open->Outlook Data file.  Browse to your saved
.pst file and open it.  Display the calendar in a table view, select all and
drag to the calendar FOLDER in your current .pst file.  Once done, right
click and close the saved .pst file.
