My boss often adds items to his calendar to which I have access on my
machine.  I would like it to automatically (or manually) sync with my primary
calendar.

Manually syncing is easy.  Just right-click the new items on the one and
copy them to the other.  There are third-party tools that can sync calendars
automatically.  See if this helps:

Thanks, Brian.  I want to be able to sync any changes between calendars
rather than one at a time.  I'm thinking, however, I may have to purchase the
3rd party tool unless someone else knows of something within Outlook.

Thanks.
