How do I keep Outlook from creating a calendar in my local pst?  Am I
clicking something for this to happen?  Is it a bug?  I just want the
exchange version of the calendar.

What's your default delivery location? If it's in the PST, then all the
special folders will get created there. Also, if you're archiving to the
PST, then the Calendar folder may be getting archived there.
