I schedule a meeting for 1pm but my invitees receive it as 12pm. The reply
back to me to accept is 1pm. The confusion is they think it is 12 and I asume
they think it is 1pm. Why is this happening?

One of you has an incorrect time zone or daylight saving setting in either
Windows or in Outlook's Calendar, most likely.
